Hear from Our Customers
You’re not looking for a band-aid. You need the leak stopped, the drain flowing, or the water heater working again without wondering if it’ll break down next week.
That’s what nearly 40 years in business teaches you. How to diagnose the real issue, not just the symptom. How to fix it correctly so you’re not calling someone else in three months. How to show up when you say you will and charge what you quoted.
When your plumbing works the way it should, you stop thinking about it. No more standing water in the shower. No more running to turn off the main line. No more cold showers or that smell coming from the drain. Just a system that does its job so you can do yours.
We started in the HVAC business and expanded into plumbing because our customers kept asking. Nearly four decades later, we’re still family-owned, still local to Santa Clara County, and still treating your home like it matters.
Twin Creeks sits in an area where hard water and aging infrastructure create specific challenges. Mineral buildup clogs fixtures faster. Older pipes corrode and leak. Water heaters work harder and fail sooner. We’ve seen it hundreds of times, and we know how to handle it without upselling you on things you don’t need.
Our team is licensed, insured, and available 24/7 including holidays. Because plumbing emergencies don’t respect your schedule, and neither do we when you need help.
You call or contact us online. We ask a few questions to understand what’s happening and schedule a time that works for you. If it’s an emergency, we move faster.
Our plumber shows up with the tools and parts needed for most common repairs. We assess the situation, explain what we found in plain language, and give you an upfront price before starting any work. No surprises, no hidden fees.
Once you approve, we get to work. We fix the problem, test everything to make sure it’s working correctly, and clean up after ourselves. You get a system that works and a clear explanation of what we did. If you have questions later, you can reach us. We don’t disappear after the check clears.
Ready to get started?
We handle emergency plumbing calls at any hour. Burst pipes, backed-up sewers, water heater failures, gas line leaks. The kind of problems that flood your home or leave you without hot water need immediate attention, and we’re equipped to handle them.
For drain issues, we use hydro jetting to clear stubborn clogs that snaking can’t touch. It’s a high-pressure water technique that scours the inside of your pipes clean, removing years of buildup. Works especially well in Twin Creeks where hard water leaves mineral deposits that slow drains over time.
Pipe repair and repiping covers everything from small leaks to replacing corroded lines throughout your home. We work with both copper and PEX depending on your situation and budget. Water heater services include repair and installation for traditional tank units and modern tankless systems. Fixture repair and replacement, sewer line work, and trenchless technology that fixes underground problems without tearing up your yard.
California’s water efficiency laws mean we stay current on Title 24 requirements and can recommend fixtures that save water without sacrificing performance. It’s not just about compliance. Lower water bills matter in a state dealing with ongoing scarcity.
We run 24/7 emergency service every day of the year including holidays. Response time depends on where our trucks are and how many calls we’re handling, but we prioritize true emergencies like burst pipes, gas leaks, or sewage backups.
When you call, we’ll give you an honest timeframe. If we’re slammed and it’s going to be a few hours, we’ll tell you. If you need someone faster, we’d rather you know upfront than sit around waiting. Most emergency calls in Twin Creeks get a technician on-site within a couple of hours.
If it’s not a true emergency but still urgent, we offer same-day service when our schedule allows. Call early in the day and there’s a good chance we can fit you in.
Snaking pushes a cable through your drain to break up or pull out a clog. It works fine for simple blockages like hair or small objects. It’s faster and costs less.
Hydro jetting uses high-pressure water to scour the entire inside of the pipe clean. It removes not just the clog but also the grease, mineral buildup, and residue stuck to the pipe walls. Think of snaking as poking a hole through the problem and hydro jetting as pressure-washing the whole pipe.
We recommend hydro jetting when drains keep clogging, when you’re dealing with grease buildup, or when you want a more thorough cleaning that lasts longer. In areas like Twin Creeks where hard water leaves mineral deposits, hydro jetting can restore flow that snaking won’t touch. We’ll assess your situation and recommend what makes sense for your specific problem and budget.
Age is the biggest factor. Tank water heaters typically last 8-12 years. If yours is in that range and having problems, replacement usually makes more sense than repair. Older units are less efficient, more likely to fail again soon, and repair costs add up fast.
If you’re seeing rusty water, hearing loud banging or popping noises, noticing leaks around the base, or getting inconsistent water temperature, those are signs it’s failing. A small leak can turn into a flood. Sediment buildup causes those noises and makes the unit work harder, which shortens its life.
For newer units under five years old, repair often makes sense unless the problem is major. We’ll inspect it, tell you what’s wrong, and give you honest advice on whether fixing it buys you a few more years or if you’re throwing money at a unit that’s done. We’re not in the business of selling you a new water heater if yours can be fixed affordably, but we won’t patch something that’s going to fail next month either.
Yes. We warranty our labor and stand behind the work we do. If something we installed or repaired fails because of our workmanship, we’ll come back and make it right at no additional charge.
Parts and equipment come with manufacturer warranties that vary by brand and product. We’ll explain what’s covered when we give you the estimate. For example, most water heaters include a manufacturer warranty on the tank and components that can range from 6 to 12 years depending on the model.
The warranty doesn’t cover damage from things outside our control like freezing pipes, earthquakes, or problems caused by other work done after we leave. We’ll give you all the warranty information in writing so there’s no confusion about what’s covered and for how long.
Shut off your main water supply immediately. The main shutoff valve is usually located near your water meter, in the basement, or where the main line enters your home. Turn it clockwise until it stops. This cuts water flow to the entire house and stops the flooding.
If you can’t find the main shutoff or it’s not working, look for the shutoff valve closest to the burst pipe. Sinks, toilets, and water heaters have individual shutoff valves. Turn those off to at least isolate that area.
Move anything valuable away from the water. Turn off electricity to affected areas if water is near outlets or appliances, but only if you can do it safely without stepping in water. Open windows and doors to help with ventilation. Take photos of the damage for insurance purposes. Then wait for us to arrive. Don’t try to fix a burst pipe yourself with tape or clamps unless you know what you’re doing. Temporary fixes often make things worse and can be dangerous depending on what type of pipe it is.
It depends entirely on what’s broken and what it takes to fix it. A leaky faucet repair might run $150-$300. Clearing a simple drain clog could be $150-$250. Water heater replacement ranges from $1,200 to $3,500 depending on whether you’re installing a traditional tank or tankless unit and what capacity you need.
Bigger jobs like repiping part of your home, sewer line replacement, or extensive leak repairs can run several thousand dollars. Emergency calls outside normal business hours typically include a premium for after-hours service.
We give you an upfront price before starting work. You’ll know what it costs before we touch anything. If we find additional problems once we’re into the job, we stop and discuss it with you before proceeding. No surprise bills. No “we found this other thing” upsells unless it’s genuinely a problem that needs attention. The price we quote is the price you pay unless you approve additional work.
